FUTURELAND CORP (FUTL)
Futureland Corp hired CannabisPR to help get exposure to the investment community for its newly-created venture. Because many of its investors were very conservative, and didn't want any association with a "cannabis-company" per se, CannabisPR set out to create awareness of Futureland as a cannabis-related company, but offering services such as land leasing to budding entrepreneurs located in the legal states.
Futureland also developed strategic partnerships with Groovy Groves in Oregon to cultivate high end strains that would be developed for pharma-grade medical cannabis. Working through a local real estate developer, HS Pendleton LLC, Futureland developed a partnership with Groovy Groves to jointly purchase land in Oregon, where out-of-state investors were allowed to bring in outside capital and partners.
In Colorado, Futureland purchased land in Huerfano County One plan has been submitted along with a letter of intent to the County of Huerfano for a Conditional Use Permit and the other is waiting for an approved water plan.
